How to Disable Facebook Places (Video)

Some folks love broadcasting their current geographic location (like we care!).
I don’t.
This quick video tutorial from Pam Brossman of Social Media Woman Magazine walks you through how to customize your Facebook privacy settings so your location can be more — er — private.
Log in to your Facebook account right now and update your settings as Pam explains how. You’ll be customizing three separate Privacy Settings:
- Places I check in to
- Include me in “People Here Now” after I check in
- Friends can check me in to Places
