You’re sitting in front of your computer, staring at the screen.

Waiting…

Waiting…

No matter how hard you concentrate, the ideas just aren’t coming!

If you’re suffering from lockdown slump, today’s interview with Jeanette Hanscome is exactly what you need to dump the slump.

Jeanette Hanscome, a 25-year veteran of professional writing and coaching, doesn’t believe in forcing an idea that’s not coming. Instead, she takes a break from writing and does other types of creative activities. As she does, she often discovers that the idea she was struggling so hard to put into words crystalizes.

Give your writer brain a break for 28 minutes!

Word Nerd Moment

Manuscript critique – an evaluation of the strengths and weaknesses of your manuscript, by a non-biased person who knows the genre, understands the rules of grammar, punctuation, and spelling, and is familiar with the publishing industry.

Book proposal coaching – an evaluation of your book proposal to ensure that it contains all the required elements, flows smoothly, and reflects the heart of your story or message. Book proposal coaching can be done before an author submits the proposal to agents and editors, or after the author has submitted it and is not receiving invitations to submit the full manuscript.
